For people like me who love to hop from one shopping mall to another in KL, this is the perfect hotel to stay at. Connecting bridge to The Gardens, and it's just beside LRT Abdullah Hukum. Basically, you can go from one mall to another by just walk + LRT + MRT, don't even need to drive.

This an absolute 5 star hotel with exceptional service
The staff at this hotel will surprise you with their willingness to go above and beyond in trying to meet your every need, from the moment you step out of the taxi to when you order a martini your every need will be met, including your preference of pillows. The pool and its scenery is spectacular. If you are in Kuala Lumpur this is a must stay, take it from someone who has been in hotels for a stay of 3 to 7 night for the last 6 weeks in 3 different countries. Food is amazing for both room service or their restaurants. Absolutely delicious. This is the only hotel who has offered to book us transit tickets and more. Exceptional staff. Can’t thank them enough for a wonderful and memorable stay
